We started Sauce Essentials with one frustration: the cannabis aisle is full of products that don't tell you what's actually inside. We built a brand around the opposite — every batch lab-tested, every package verifier-coded, every claim backed by a public COA.
Sauce Essentials was built in California by people who'd seen too many friends end up with knock-off pens, mystery oils, and packaging that didn't match the lab on the label. The 2019 EVALI outbreak — caused by Vitamin E acetate cut into unregulated cartridges — killed 68 people and hospitalized thousands. That wasn't a fluke. That's what happens when nobody's checking.
Our answer wasn't louder marketing. It was building the verification system into the product. Every Sauce package ships with a one-time silver scratch code. Every batch passes through an independent state-licensed lab before it ever reaches a shelf. Every COA is publicly searchable in our library. If you can't trust the chain, you can't trust the product.
We source from licensed California cultivators with verified soil, water, and feeding practices. No fillers. No additives. No "proprietary blends" that hide what's inside.
